With over 25 years of business and professional experience as well as formerly working as a licensed registered nurse, Monica has a unique set of skills she brings to the real estate field.  As a graduate of CSULB in 1985 Monica pursued a career in Human Resource Management & Development and upon moving to the Central Coast in 1992 switched gears and entered the nursing program at Cuesta College.  After obtaining her nursing license in 1996 she went to work in the operating room.  In 2003, missing the business world, Monica left nursing and became an Independent Meeting Planner working with national and international clients to find locations for their business meetings in hotels and conference centers.  Monica then obtained her Real Estate Broker's License and when asked, "Why Real Estate?" she replies, "Planning meetings was fun, but most of my clients were out of town and there wasn't much face to face.  With Real Estate I can have a local impact and develop better relationships with my clients.  In addition, my husband is a local General Contractor and well, I just like houses!"

Most importantly, Monica knows what it means to advocate for her clients.  If you are looking for a REALTOR® who is sharp, reliable, and responsive then you will appreciate Monica's operating style.  Look no further!  Put Monica to work today as "Your Advocate in Real Estate!"

My Business Philosophy

I believe that this business is all about relationships and that my clients expect a high level of customer service and a trusted advocate!  It is my job to provide quality, professional service to my clients as I guide them through the process of buying or selling a home or investing in real estate.  It is my hope that as I build strong professional bonds with my clients that they will continue to choose to do business with me – and as I provide them with excellent service they will not only do business with me again, but tell everyone they know to do business with me!
